Jake founded VisaNurse with a mission to help Canadian Registered Nurses build rewarding careers in the United States while helping hospitals address critical workforce needs. With a decade of healthcare staffing and recruitment experience, he has developed expertise in nurse staffing, workforce planning, and healthcare talent acquisition, helping healthcare organizations address workforce challenges while supporting nurses through career transitions. He is actively involved in the day-to-day recruitment process, working one-on-one with Canadian nurses and healthcare organizations to create successful placements and long-term workforce partnerships.
